1.) No Smoking
There is no smoking inside the home. If you do smoke outside, please be kind, and dispose of your butts appropriately.
2.) No Pets
Pet and animals of any kind are not permitted during your stay.
3.) Maximum Occupancy Is 15 People
Due to parking concerns and to ensure the respect of our neighbors, a maximum of 15 people are permitted to stay in the house.
4.) Thievery Is Not Tolerated
Please leave all linens, towels and objects found within the house on the property. The value of missing items will be deducted from damage deposit.
5.) No Dumping In Canal
The dumping of any objects, trash or refuse-like material in the canal is against federal law.

50% Deposit Required at Time of Reservation
The balance of the deposit is due 30 days before the arrival. The entire deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival (during Christmas, Spring Break and off season Holidays, a 35 day notice is required for a refund of 100% - 20 days for a 50% refund). Cancellations within the formentioned time periods forfeit the entire deposit.
$500 Damage Deposit
Damage Deposit will be held (not cashed), until departure inspection is completed. If there is no damage, the check will be returned.
